New AT&T Electronic PAF Cards
We have an electronic PAF card for use with AT&T Employees, it can be found here:

Of course we a still accepting the paper form, but with so many work from home roles we wanted to be able to recruit for PAF.

Personnel Records Center New Location May 15, 2023 for Union Dues Authorizations and COPE Cards AT&T takes the privacy of employee information very seriously and is committed to safeguarding sensitive data. To ensure the protection of employees’ Sensitive Personal Information (SPI), do not include an employee’s full Social Security Number on the Dues Authorization Remittance Cards. Please only include the employee’s ATTUID and last 4 digits of the SSN on the authorization cards going forward.
New Location for Mail and Email AT&T Dues Cards
Effective May 15, 2023, the AT&T Personnel Records Center will be relocating to a new office location. COPE cards and Union Deduction cards should be sent or emailed to the following address attached:

Also, Please be sure that only the last 4 of the SSN is visible. If the full SSN is on the card, we are not able to print it due to Corporate Security Standards. You will not need to send the cards encrypted since they should not have full SSNs. There has been an issue with the encryption going to the new email box, they are looking into that issue.

We now have a Google Form which your stewards and activists should start using to get names, cells, contacts for AT&T Mobility members in stores, call centers and for techs. We have a hard printable copy as well:
The Bargaining Team went back to the table with Mobility and came up with some changes in the National Bargaining Benefit Plan. Please see attached.
The locals will be responsible for getting the vote out to their members and they need to be turned in to the Area office here in Kent by 3pm PST on August 30, 2016. You can email your results or fax them to 425-656-1251.
